We will be CLOSED for Public Train Rides on Sunday, March 3, due to the heavy rains we received this weekend. Below are some photos from LALSRM’s West End, taken Saturday, March 2 during the rainfall.

The low area in the meadow under the O’Brien-Moore Bridge usually fills with water after significant rains. Photos shown were taken from higher ground at the tracks on the bridge (above) and from ground level under the bridge (below).

Our temporary “lake” attracted some rainy weather fowl (below).
